Our Policies

We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of our guests, please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies.

Booking Appointments

To secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment can be made when you initially book on Schedulicity or sent via PayPal or Cashapp.

Same day squeeze in appointments are still allowed and the deposit will be waived for these. If you miss your squeeze in appointment, the fee will be added to the cost of your next service.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the original scheduled time to remain on time for the appointments following yours. Please do your best to arrive on time. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival might limit our ability to provide the fullest possible experience. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule

Fill Ins

Your natural lashes are constantly growing & shedding due to the natural growth cycle, and refills are needed every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look. The length of the growth cycle differs from person to person, so retention will vary person to person. We  different fill options based on days/weeks since last appointment and the % of extensions remaining. If the incorrect fill is scheduled you will still be charged for the correct fill.

Preparing For Your Appointment

All clients with extensions on need to cleanse thoroughly and remove all makeup on and around the eye area prior to appointment. Coming with mascara and other makeup on your eyes takes time away from how full we are able to get your lashes.

Cancellations/No Shows

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we will try our best to re-book the appointment time. 

If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, you will not be required to pay a new booking fee. 

A No call/No show to your appointment will result in loss of booking fee

After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking.

Refunds or Returns

There will be no refunds on services rendered or products purchased for any reason. If you experience any issues please contact me within 72 hours.
