
Appointment Policies
We want to make sure that you & every client are provided with the best quality experience possible.
To help ensure the consistency of our amazing lash services, please be mindful of the following policies:
Booking Appointments
To secure an appointment, We require a non-refundable booking fee that is equal to 25% of your service cost.
This fee will be applied to the total of your services during your appointment.
All appointments must be booked online using our scheduliicity page or prebooked in person.
No exceptions- calling or texting multiple times about availability will not secure your booking. You will still be asked to complete the online booking process
Late Arrivals
If you are running a few minutes late, let us know by text or DM- be sure to include your name & estimated arrival time.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge your card according to our cancellation/no show policies.
Please be aware that late arrivals will be responsible for full payment of the service regardless of how much time is left in your appointment.
Regular Fill Ins
Your natural lashes are constantly growing & shedding due to the natural growth cycle, and refills are needed every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look. The length of the growth cycle differs from person to person, so retention will vary person to person. We different fill options based on days/weeks since last appointment: You must have at least 40 the % of extensions remaining to be considered a fill in. If the incorrect fill in is scheduled, you will be notified prior to the service and we will confirm the details with you to ensure you will be charged for the correct fill.
Preparing For Your Appointment
All clients with extensions on need to cleanse their lashes thoroughly and remove all makeup on/around the eye area prior to your appointment.
Arriving with heavy makeup on takes time away from your appointment because I will have to remove the makeup then double cleanse your lashes before I can even begin your actual service.
Please do not apply mascara to your extensions prior to your appointment
Cancellations/No Shows
Please keep in mind that last-minute cancellations/reschedule and no-shows leave our professionals with empty appointment times.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
We reserve the right to charge half of the service cost to the credit/debit card on file without 24 hours notice and the full amount if you no call/no show.
Absolutely no exceptions.
Refunds or Returns
Electric Lash Lounge does not issue refunds for services and/or trainings as your payment is for the time and product your artist has used. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
Allergy Policy: In the event an allergic reaction occurs, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
We understand that life happens so we try our best to be flexible and accommodate you when possible.
However, our policies will be enforced without exceptions.
Foreign Fill Ins
We can not perform regular fill-ins for new clients who have had their lash extensions applied by a different salon/individual.
We have seen too many improper applications and damaged lashes when clients transfer to us. Therefore, we cannot in good faith work "on top" of other artists' work.
Please do not book a regular fill-in if this applies to you as this will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your booking fee.
Please book a complimentary lash removal add-on & a new full set.
Arriving To Your Appointment
When you arrive for your appointment, let us know by texting us at 205-461-8951
If you are more than five minutes early, please wait in your car or the lobby until your designated appointment time.
Your timeliness is appreciated, but appointments have set start times to allow our lash artists to clean properly and take much-needed breaks.

Children & Guests
We understand that having kids can take its’ toll on your “me time”
In the past we would discourage our clients from bringing along their little ones.
We only ask that they are well-behaved and can entertain themselves for at-least 30-60 minutes (ipads/iphones with headphones are encouraged).
Our artists always want to ensure the best quality of lashes and unfortunately it’s impossible to both babysit and lash.
3 Day Grace Period
Every client is entitled to a 3 day period to inform their lash artist of any complaints.
This includes, but is not limited to excessive fallout, styling concerns, and so on.
If you do have any issues during the initial three days,let us know as soon as possible.
A complimentary 30 minute touch up appointment will be scheduled to address the area of concern.
Any issues or complaints beyond 3 days will no longer be complimentary and payment will be required.
Afterhours Appointments
Any appointments that begin before 9 am or after 5 pm will be considered after-hours appointments.

Please be aware that a $30 convenience fee will be charged for any after-hours appointment. This fee will be added to your balance at the time of your appointment.
